9 – 10 a.m. Plenary Speaker: Dr. Lloyd Kolbe “By'n by Hard Times Comes A-Knocking at the Door” Dr. Lloyd Kolbe will address the current health issues of the commonwealth and present an overview of effective health management programs. This overview will include epidemiological issues, health cost and policies that support prevention/wellness programs at the state, national and international levels.
10 – 11 p.m. Panel Discussion: Policy, regulatory and organizational constructs which focus on ‘obesity prevention’ will be shared by each panelist for their respective areas.
